Mr Anand Kumar PVS, a Management Graduate, has always been passionate about becoming an entrepreneur. After working for several reputed organisations like HCL, Sierra Atlantic, Indian Express Group, and more, he founded Vibatel along with Mrs Kavitha and a team of 3 others in 2007, and made grown Vibatel to a workforce of 300+ employees working in for their PAN India Servicing Projects. He has an overall 25 years of Sales, Marketing & Customer Experiences Mgmt. experience, with a diverse background in the domains of BFSI, Agro, Hospitality, Consumables, and Telecom sectors. In the past 15 years he has managed to grow Vibatel’s operations and turn it into a respectable, consistently successful, and well-known business entity in the country. Under his leadership, Vibatel stands tall as “THE PLACE TO BE”, especially for Freshers to improve and develop their skills required to be successful in the ever-changing landscape of the working environments.
When he’s not busy growing the company, he likes to relax and unwind by giving guidance for new-gen entrepreneurs by mentoring and guidance and attending agricultural & farming activities.
Kavitha, a postgraduate in Public Administration, has 17 years of experience in BPO Mgmt. and Administration, with a focus on the BFSI sector. She is one of the first employees in Vibatel and has been with us through all the highs and lows. Over the years she has established a broad and strong business network with clients and employees, ensuring the organisation’s continued and long-term growth. She brings a never-ending supply of energy, enthusiasm, and passion to all our clients and employees. On the weekends Kavitha likes to relax on the couch and watch thrillers and mystery shows.

Mr Sandeep, a graduate of Osmania University , has started his career at vibatel in the year 2010. He represents the Viba credo that those who are determined and passionate can obtain growth and scale the ranks of Viba. He has been a part of TeamViba for 12 years, holding several positions in his time with us. He is now the Head of Operations. He is in-charge of our Portfolio Management and ensures that all projects & process deliveries are executed in a timely, qualitative manner, with perfection.
He loves spending time with his family and travelling to new places. His favourite place to travel is Kerala.
Mohd. Omar Sharief

Mr Mohd Omar Sharief, an MBA graduate, is a result-oriented professional possessing a rich experience of 25 years in Operational Management and Finance. He joined TeamViba in 2010 and has been an integral part of the company since then as the Head of Admn., HR & Finance. He is an expert in talent search and leads a team of professional HR & Finance executives, as Head of Administration, HR and Finance. He is also in-charge of all the internal operations of the company ranging from administrative work to legal processing. Omar is a cricket fan whose favourite player is Sachin Tendulkar.
